We offer full refunds on returns, but you are responsible to ship the product back. Please fill out the contact form with the reason for your return and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Digital items are nonrefundable.
What are the care instructions for my handmade item?
We suggest a gentle machine wash and air dry. All of our products are made to last, and these steps ensure your items maintain their soft cuddliness and shape!
When will I get my order?
All physical items are hand made to order! This means you can expect your order in around 10-14 business days. Larger products may vary in processing time, so be sure to check the description. Digital prints are sent to you immediately upon order.

We ship anywhere in the United States from Christiana, Tennessee!
What materials do you use?
Many of our unique fabrics and ribbons have been locally sourced from second hand shops. We ensure these materials are high quality before thoroughly washing and sewing them together with new materials. This not only means every product is unique, but patterns also come and go frequently. Be sure to purchase your favorite pattern while it's still in stock!
